By using SurveyLane you agree to these terms. SurveyLane is a product of FreelyIT.

1. Use of Service

SurveyLane provides an online platform for creating, distributing, and analyzing surveys. You may use the service for legitimate purposes. Using the service for spam, illegal content, or collecting data without consent is prohibited.

2. Account and Security

You are responsible for securing your account and password. Report unauthorized use immediately. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

SurveyLane offers a free plan and paid Pro subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for already-billed periods.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to SurveyLane (surveys, images, etc.). You grant SurveyLane a limited license to host and display this content as part of the service.

5. Liability

SurveyLane is provided 'as is'. We strive for maximum availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or damages caused by third parties.

6. Changes

We may modify these terms. For significant changes, we will inform you via email or an in-app notification. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
