SurveyLane is a product of FreelyIT. We respect your privacy and protect your personal data. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect data.

1. Data We Collect

We collect data you provide when creating an account (name, email address), when using our service (surveys, responses, settings), and technical data (IP address, browser type, page visits via Umami Analytics).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide and improve the service, manage your account, process payments via Stripe, send emails via SMTP2GO, and collect anonymous usage statistics.

3. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We only share data with service providers necessary for SurveyLane's operation: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), SMTP2GO (email), Neon (database), and Vercel (hosting).

4. Data Security

We secure your data with AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive data, HTTPS for all connections, and secure storage at our hosting provider. Survey responses are stored securely and are only accessible to the survey owner.

5. Your Rights
